Dr. Andrew M. Sohn is the surgeon of choice for numerous families in North Texas. Known for his surgical skill, attention to detail, and compassion for patients and others, many dentists choose him for the needs of their patients.

Dr. Sohn is a dual degree Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon,  completing his dental training at the  University of Pittsburgh School of Dental medicine, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency from St. Luke’s/Roosevelt Hospital System, Manhattan, NY, and his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. He has furthered his quest for skill and knowledge by completing three additional one-year fellowships: 1) Dr. Mark Ochs in maxillofacial surgery specializing in areas of orthognathic(corrective jaw), trauma and implant surgeries, 2)  Dr. Howard Tobin, cosmetic surgery with Facial Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Center in Abilene, TX, and 3) Dr. Angelo Cuzanina, Cosmetic Fellowship at Tulsa Surgical Arts, Tulsa, OK.

Dr. Sohn practices the full scope of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. In addition to his interest in orthognathic (corrective jaw) surgery and implant dentistry, Dr. Sohn provides care in all aspects of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with advanced experience in wisdom tooth removal, comprehensive reconstruction, and bone grafting, dental implants, corrective jaw, and TMJ surgery. He is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, American Dental Association, American Medical Association, Texas Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and Texas Dental Association. He is certified in BLS (Basic Life Support) , ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support).
